5000 steps to Wellbeing Activity

As part of CSPE and SPHE Wellbeing, our first years took part in a “5000 steps to Wellbeing Activity”. They engaged in Wellbeing activities in class including artwork, stress busters and group activities and on Monday 27th of May they all participated in a Slí na Sláinte walk, followed by Ice cream and games in the canteen. They enjoyed some “down time” for Wellbeing before the busy spell of Summer exams. Well done to all involved.
